We can assess your feet and how you walk. We will write a Care Plan to meet your needs.

What to expect

We can see you at Nexus. We can see some people at home if they can't get to Nexus.

You can have an appointment at:

• Wallan
• Broadford
• Seymour
• Kinglake
• Alexandra Health

We will assess your foot health in your first appointment. We will write a Care Plan with your goals.

We can give you information about your problem and we can find a way to help your feet.
