Nexus Primary Health GP Services is focused on the delivery of healthcare through our centres located at Wallan, Kinglake and Broadford (GP Services opening in 2021).   

We are a leading provider of primary and community health services bolstered with a diverse range of highly skilled and professional staff.  We are the “go to” organisation for primary health information and person-centred services in our communities.

Nexus COVID Vaccine Clinic

Nexus Primary Health is a proud partner in the COVID-19 Vaccine roll-out.

Commencing Monday 29th of March, we will have a vaccination clinic operating from our Wallan site,  hours of operations are Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm.  Please check back regularly as these hours are likely to extend.
